ARKS® is looking forward to starting on site with it’s 1st location in 2027, with ARKS® lodges, events, day spa and a range of activities along with food and drink to suit all tastes.

STARS® is active in its R&D program with University of Leeds, supported by Innovate UK as well as Protein Industries Canada, the team in the UK and Canada are developing a world class plant-based burger.

STARS® is forming strategic partnerships for R&D and product development in the UK, Canada and Australia.

Adam Thorpe’s passion is driven to create a profitable and strong trading business with ARKS® and its 1st location in 2027. A longer term goal is the global food franchise model with STARS® having created the burger with their team, now in late stage R&D and moving towards market readiness.  With support of Innovate UK, leading international academic institutions and an acute understanding of the physical quick service restaurant, master licence structures and international franchise structure which will be rolled out in North America, Australasia and Asia.

Adam Thorpe took experience from two decades in real estate property development to co-found ARKS®.

Adam is focused on building STARS® over the next 20 years with support of Innovate UK, leading international academic institutions and an acute understanding of the physical quick service restaurant, master licence structures and international franchise structure which will be rolled out in North America, Australasia and Asia.

After 20 years in property development Adam Thorpe is now using his skills and expertise to build businesses and organisations such as STARS® and ARKS® which can create a better solution for food and homes. Adam is also keen to driv awareness and provide meaningful opportunities for talented people to join forces and ultimately to build movements and communities based around values and beliefs for a better world.
